Disability

Disability. The inability of the Optionee, in the opinion of a qualified physician acceptable to the Company, to perform the major duties of the Optionee's position with the Company because of the Optionee's sickness or injury

Disability. The term Disability shall mean an inability to substantially perform the usual and regular duties performed by the Executive as an employee of the Bank. Such disability may be caused by either illness or injury and includes mental disabilities. Disability. Shall mean Participant becomes physically or mentally incapacitated and is therefore unable for a period of six (6) consecutive months or for an aggregate of nine (9) months in any twenty-four (24) consecutive month period to perform Participant's duties.

Disability. Except as otherwise provided by the Committee, the Participant shall be considered to have a 'Disability' during the period in which the Participant is unable, by reason of a medically determinable physical or mental impairment, to engage in any substantial gainful activity, which condition, in the opinion of a physician selected by the Committee, is expected to have a duration of not less than 120 days.

Disability. Shall mean Executive's absence from the full-time performance of Executive's duties with the Corporation for six (6) consecutive months by reason of Executive's physical or mental illness.

Disability. Any physical or mental condition which would qualify you for a disability benefit under the long-term disability plan of the Company.

Disability. A disability that, after the expiration of more than 180 days after its commencement, is determined to be total and permanent by a physician selected by Corporation or its insurers and acceptable to Executive or his legal representative (such agreement as to acceptability not to be withheld unreasonably).

Disability. The permanent and total disability of a person within the meaning of Section 22(e)(3) of the Code, as determined by the Committee in good faith, upon receipt of and reliance on sufficient competent medical advice

Disability. Means a physical or mental illness, injury, or condition that prevents Employee from performing substantially all of Employee's duties associated with Employee's position or title with the Company for at least 90 days in a 12-month period.

Disability. The absence of the Executive from the Executive's duties to the Company on a full-time basis for a total of 120 days during any 12-month period as a result of incapacity due to mental or physical illness which is determined to be permanent by a physician selected by the Company and acceptable to the Executive or the Executive's legal representative (such agreement as to acceptability not to be withheld unreasonably)
